My best job ended 2 days ago.
Yes, I had alot of fun. Although temporary and short-lived, I had the most enjoyable time, and stress level was almost close to a zero.
God blessed me. (and Shahreil, of course) And thank you Missy Drownsoda for the job.
We were doing props for the children's show, 'Krayon', and since the show was moulded into a 'Hi-5' concept, one can only imagine the colours, the music, and the children that surrounded us. There were stories told, and songs Shahreil and me could sing by then third take. Shahreil and I spent much time lazing around waiting for segments to happen, and making half done pieces for the crafts section. And of course, we had our fair share of muscle aches trying to manuever our puppets, Cici and Koko, to make them as believable as we could.
But I think the best part about the job was really the laughter.
Shahreil and me laughed at almost anything. We laughed at how our puppet movements looked onscreen (how gay they'd looked), how we laughed with Fad at the cute R&B chubby boy doing his own dance (Shahreil had tears down his face), how Shahreil changed all lyrics to every song, how we were so afraid of Fad on set, -and of course, all the ridiculously trashy conversations we had in those hours in between.
It had been wonderful. And good things don't last. Thank you Fad for the opportunity. And thank you Shahreil for the company.
